Eligibility and territorial restrictions

Betriot does not accept accounts or deposits from residents of the United Kingdom. Its promotions are not open to those residents. Anyone living in or located in an excluded jurisdiction must stop using an existing account and close it immediately.

Players must be 18 or older, or meet the local minimum age if it is higher. They are responsible for ensuring that online gambling is permitted where they live. Other excluded jurisdictions and game provider restrictions also apply. The exclusion list can change without advance notice.

Account registration and security

Registration requires accurate personal details in the account holder's own name. Only one account is allowed per person, per household or address, per telephone number and per email address. Duplicate accounts may be closed permanently, with bets invalidated, promotions cancelled and winnings removed. Payments already withdrawn from a duplicate account can become repayable.

Login details must remain confidential. Transactions made with the correct credentials are treated as the account holder's actions. Accounts cannot be traded or transferred, and players must keep their registration information current. Players must own the payment instruments they use, and any money deposited must have a lawful source.

Identity checks

Verification can involve identity documents, residential evidence, payment ownership records and transaction histories. Betriot may also investigate the origin of deposited money and require additional checks before or after a payment.

Requested information must arrive within 30 days. Payments can be withheld and an account suspended while documents are outstanding. Missing the deadline can result in permanent closure. A complete submission is usually checked within 10 days, although complicated cases can require more time. For refund verification, failure to supply the requested documents within 30 days also leads to account closure and forfeiture of its funds.

Deposits and refund requests

Betriot sets deposit minimums and maximums. An account balance earns no interest and is not a bank deposit. Deposits generally cannot be refunded, although exceptional payment or technical problems may be considered. A refund is unavailable once the deposit or associated bonus has been bet.

Refund requests must reach support within 24 hours of the transaction. Betriot aims to respond within 10 business days, and approval remains discretionary. Bonuses and winnings are deducted when calculating a refund.

Withdrawal conditions and fees

Deposits require a full single turnover before withdrawal. If betting totals less than the deposit, Betriot may cancel winnings and deduct a fee equal to 10% of the latest deposit, with a €0.50 minimum. Funding by bank card or bank transfer carries a 15% fee under this rule.

A separate monthly condition requires at least €20 in wagering during the calendar month in which withdrawal is requested. A request can be declined if this threshold is unmet. Payment normally returns through the deposit method where possible, although the preferred route is not guaranteed.

Processing and withdrawal limits

Financial processing takes up to three business days after a request, or after the previous withdrawal was paid, provided all conditions and checks are complete. The finance team handles requests Monday to Friday between 6 am and 5 pm Greenwich Mean Time. Verification can delay payment, and subsequent payment processing can add time.

Daily and monthly euro caps depend on account level.

Level 1 permits €500 daily and €7,000 monthly.
Level 2 permits €500 daily and €10,000 monthly.
Level 3 permits €800 daily and €12,000 monthly.
Level 4 permits €1,000 daily and €15,000 monthly.
Level 5 permits €1,500 daily and €20,000 monthly.

A maximum of three withdrawal requests can be pending at any one time. Individual payment schedules and transaction limits can also apply.

Bonus rules

Unless an offer specifies otherwise, deposit casino bonuses require wagering of 35 times the combined deposit and bonus, with withdrawals capped at ten times the bonus. No-deposit casino bonuses require 40 times wagering and a withdrawal cap of five times the bonus.

Casino bonus wagering normally expires after 10 days, while sports bonuses allow 30 days. Bets above €5 before wagering is completed constitute promotion abuse. Game contributions vary, and some games cannot be played with an active bonus. Early withdrawal requests cancel the bonus and its associated winnings. Abuse can lead to confiscated promotional winnings and exclusion from future offers.

Inactivity and account closure

An account becomes inactive when 180 days have passed since the last login. Betriot may deduct €5 monthly, taking any smaller remaining balance in full. Deductions stop at zero, and the fee can change without notice.

Closure is requested by emailing Betriot support. It requires neither a positive nor negative balance and no outstanding withdrawals. Requesting closure with money remaining or a pending withdrawal voids all account funds.

Complaints

Account complaints start with Betriot customer support. Unresolved cases proceed as written complaints sent from the registered email address, giving the registered name, username, a subject identifying the complaint, issue details and relevant timings. Betriot normally communicates its decision within 10 days, with extensions possible for complex investigations.
